### When will Coupontools add VAT to my invoice?

  
  
We are a Belgium (Europe) based software company, so we are required to follow Belgian law when it comes to invoicing.  
  
For Outside EU based customers = 0% VAT  
For all customers in Belgium = 21% VAT  
For EU based companies (With a valid VAT number) = 0%  
For EU based customers (Without a valid VAT number) = 21%  
  

### How to add your VAT number?

  
If you are an European company you can add your VAT number on the "Company information" page, accessible through "settings".  
After you added your valid VAT number we will remove the VAT from all invoices & payments.
