Why would you do it?
To prevent that you or the businesses your launching campaigns for exceeds the maximum number of user interactions included in your pricing package.

How do you set it up?
Open a coupon in the coupon builder. Navigate to general settings (1) and scroll down until you notice this feature 'Limit user interactions (opens) for the entire campaign.'



Once enabled, the following windows appear. First, enter the limit of user interactions that your campaign may not exceed. I'm putting 1000 as a maximum. You can also enter your email address if you'd like to be notified when the limitation has been reached.



Well done! You have configured a user interaction limit for your coupon. The setup is the same for vouchers.

What does the limitation affect?
It affects new participations. If the limit has been reached, new users can't access the coupon anymore. However, this doesn't affect the user who already opened, claimed, and/or validated their coupon. They can still access the coupon.
