# How do I share a coupon on social media?

The correct way to share a coupon on social media is to copy and paste the link from the campaign overview. The URL will look like this URL:

||| Watch out - do not share the wrong URL
**NEVER** share a coupon URL like this:

](https://digicpn.com/z/r6hv7e/5248a55d33jefgd46tf3t)
It will not work because you are sharing a individual coupon session URL
This URL is a URL including the unique ID for one coupon user. Not the generic campaign URL.
