# How to remove prize images from your gamified coupon?

Do the following to remove the prize images:

1: click on the button 'prize image' of the image you want to remove

2: click on the 'Reset' button to remove your image

3: that's it! the prize image is now removed.

|| NOTE: if the image has not been removed even though you did click on the 'Reset' button, then try to clear your cache memory of your web browser. This usually does the trick.
