What if a loyalty card user lost his card?
If a customer lost his membership or stamp card, you can resend their access link.
Open the statistics page of your loyalty card.
Search for the loyalty card user in the overview and click on "unique code".
You'll open the details of your loyalty card user. Here you'll find the option "recovery link". You can copy this link and send it to your customer.
