What if a loyalty card user lost his card?
If a customer lost his membership or stamp card, you can resend their access link.
- Open the statistics page of your loyalty card.
- Search for the loyalty card user in the overview and click on "unique code".
- You'll open the details of your loyalty card user. Here you'll find the option "recovery link". You can copy this link and send it to your customer.
