Where can I see the responses if someone responded to a sent text (SMS) message?

Please note: you can only receive replies if you have setup a dedicated virtual SMS number.

• Go to "integrations" and select "Sms marketing"
  
• Select "inbox" and "Your numbers" and "View inbox"
  
• Here you can find all replies on sent messages.
  
  

Want to receive an email notification each time someone responded to your sent messages?

Select "settings" and select "add auto-responder rule"
You can setup here a rule that auto-forwards all incoming messages to an email address.
