How can I validate a loyalty stamp card?
If you want to validate your stamp card, you've to follow these next steps:
- In your loyality builder go to "validation".
- When in the validation tab you have to add your email, name and password. With the URL above you can open your validation URL, then you'll be redirected to your login.
Once logged in, you can validate a loyalty card in several ways:
A) You can scan the QR-code on your desktop to continue on your smartphone.
**B) Enter the unique code underneath the QR-code, it will show a list of possible customers. Click on the desired customer and continue. **
C) (NEW) Search by customer details -- for personalized loyalty cards
If your loyalty campaign uses personalized cards **- you can now **search customers by name, email adress, or other saved data directly from the validation page by using the 'Search a user' tool. This makes it easy to find and validate specific users without needing the QR code or unique code.
- The profile of the customer will be opened and you can validate your card and grant your rewards.
