How to manually add users to your loyalty card and send them an SMS

With Coupontools, you can easily add users to your mobile wallet loyalty card and send them an SMS with the installation link. Follow the steps below:

Manually add users to your loyalty card

Go to your mobile wallet loyalty card in the Coupontools dashboard.



Click on ‘Statistics’ in the left-hand menu.




You will now see the ‘Add user’ button.




Fill in the requested details (such as name, phone number, email, etc.) and click Add to include this user in your list.




👉 Tip: Once the user is added, you can immediately send them an SMS with the loyalty card link.

Send an SMS with the installation link

Click on ‘View’ in the ‘Actions’ column next to the correct user.



Go to the ‘Distribution’ tab and choose ‘SMS’.



Want to send the user the direct link to the card? Click on ‘Installation link’.
The link will be automatically added to your SMS.
You can also add a personal message to the SMS.





Ready to send? Click ‘Send’.




The user will now receive an SMS with the link to the loyalty card.
Once they click the link, the card is automatically saved in their mobile wallet.




Insights & Statistics
In the Statistics tab you can easily track:
✅ Who has saved the card to their wallet
❌ Who hasn't done so yet
