How to promote/market my loyalty card?
How to Promote and Market Your Loyalty Card
Once you’ve created your loyalty card, the next step is to promote it and get customers enrolled.
Step 1: Build and Test Your Card
Before sharing your card with customers, make sure you:
- Design the card in your dashboard.
- Preview it on your phone or browser.
- Test it out to confirm everything works as expected (stamps, rewards, expiration, etc.).
When you’re happy with the design and functionality, you’re ready to move on.
Step 2: Create a Landing Page
We recommend using a landing page for your loyalty card instead of sharing the card link directly.
Why use a landing page?
- You can collect customer details (name, ZIP code, phone number, email, etc.) before they store the card.
- This gives you valuable statistics and helps with personalized marketing later.

Step 3: Choose Your Promotion Channel
You have 4 powerful options to distribute your loyalty card:
A) QR Code
- Download the QR code and use it in your marketing materials.
- Print it on posters, menus, receipts, or flyers.
- Example: Design a flyer in Canva or Word with text like “Sign up here for our loyalty program” and place the QR code on it.
B) Share
- Use the built-in share feature to post directly on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more.
- Great for quick social media promotion.
C) Website Integration
- Use the provided iFrame code to embed the loyalty card on your website.
- WordPress integration is also available.
- Example: create a page like yoursite.com/loyalty and redirect customers there.
D) Direct Link
- Copy the landing page hyperlink.
- Perfect for email marketing, SMS campaigns, or text messages.
- Example: Add the link to your newsletter or send it via WhatsApp/SMS to invite customers.
Step 4: Market Consistently
Whichever channel you choose, make sure to:
- Promote it everywhere: in-store, online, and through your customer communication.
- Train your staff to point out the QR code or landing page.
- Remind customers that rewards are waiting for them when they sign up.
✅ With the right promotion strategy, your loyalty card won’t just sit there—it’ll drive registrations, boost customer engagement, and grow your sales.
