How to send a recovery link for loyalty cards in bulk via SMS

With this guide, you will learn how to send a recovery link for loyalty cards in bulk via SMS to customers who have not yet saved their card.

Step 1: Open loyalty statistics and filter

1. Log in to your Coupontools dashboard.
2. Navigate to Wallet loyalty cards.
3. Click Edit on the relevant loyalty card.
4. Then, go to Statistics.
5. Use the filter "Not saved to wallet" to display only users who have not yet saved their card.
6. Export this filtered list as a CSV file.

Step 2: Import the exported list into SMS software

1. Ensure that your SMS software is integrated with the Coupontools SMS tool.
2. Go to the Dashboard and navigate to Distribution.
3. Select SMS Marketing and click Proceed.

6. You will now be redirected to the SMS integration platform.
7. In the menu, click on Contacts, where you can import your desired list.
