How to send a recovery link for loyalty cards in bulk via SMS

With this guide, you will learn how to send a recovery link for loyalty cards in bulk via SMS to customers who have not yet saved their card.

Step 1: Open loyalty statistics and filter

Log in to your Coupontools dashboard.
Navigate to Wallet loyalty cards.
Click Edit on the relevant loyalty card.
Then, go to Statistics.
Use the filter "Not saved to wallet" to display only users who have not yet saved their card.
Export this filtered list as a CSV file.

Step 2: Import the exported list into SMS software

Ensure that your SMS software is integrated with the Coupontools SMS tool.
Go to the Dashboard and navigate to Distribution.
Select SMS Marketing and click Proceed.

Log in to SMS Marketing.
You will now be redirected to the SMS integration platform.
In the menu, click on Contacts, where you can import your desired list.
Click on Contacts in the menu again to proceed with the import.

Now, select Advanced Import.

Import the exported CSV file into your SMS software, making sure to include the download link.

Create a new SMS group with the imported contacts.

Step 3: Send bulk SMS messages

Go to Send SMS.
Click on Group SMS.
Select the group you want to send the message to, as well as the correct coupon.
Draft a new SMS message containing the recovery link to the loyalty card.
Verify that the link correctly directs users to the right loyalty card.
Send the SMS in bulk to the created group.
