How to Set a Flexible Reward Expiration Date in Loyalty Cards

If you want to set a flexible expiration date for rewards in your digital stamp card, follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to Coupontools
Access your Coupontools account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Loyalty Cards
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, you will see an option labeled ‘Loyalty Cards’. Click on it.

Step 3: Select or create a digital stamp card
Find the digital stamp card where you want to set a flexible expiration date. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create a new stamp card instead.

Step 4: Access the Rewards section
Once you have selected the digital stamp cards you want to modify, look for the rewards option on the left-hand menu. Click on it.**

Step 5: Enable expiration settings
A window will appear displaying the rewards setting. Look for the option to enable the ‘expire’ feature and switch it on.

Step 6: Set the expiration period
After enabling the expiration option, you will be able to set the validity period of your rewards. You can choose to have them expire after a certain number of days, weeks, months or years based on your preference.

Once you’ve set the expiration period, save your changes and your digital stamp card rewards now have a flexible date.
