How to use custom images for individual stamps
How to use custom images for individual stamps
In Coupontools, you can choose which image is displayed for each individual stamp on your stamp card.
By default, stamps use the shared unpunched and punched images configured for the stamp card. You can now override these shared images for a specific stamp and upload different images instead.
How to change the image for a specific stamp
- Open your stamp card in Coupontools.
- Click the stamp you want to customize.
- The Stamp Settings window will open.
- Choose how you want the images for this stamp to behave.
Use the shared images
Keep Use shared (un)punched images enabled if you want the stamp to use the default images configured for the stamp card.
The stamp will continue to use the shared:
- Unpunched image
- Punched image

Use custom images for this stamp
Disable Use shared (un)punched images if you want to use different images for this specific stamp.
You can then upload a separate:
- Unpunched image
- Punched image
This only changes the appearance of the selected stamp. The other stamps can continue using the shared images or have their own custom images.

Preview the stamp card
Use the Stamps slider at the bottom of the settings window to preview the progression of your stamp card. This makes it easy to check how the custom image looks before and after the stamp has been punched.
Custom images do not need to be linked to a reward
A custom stamp image is not necessarily connected to a specific reward.
This gives you more flexibility when designing the stamp card. For example, you can use a gift icon for a surprise moment, highlight a milestone with a different image, or add another visual that fits your campaign.
This way, individual stamp images can be used wherever they make sense in the customer journey, without requiring a reward to be attached to that stamp.
