Sending Personalized Push Notifications via the Loyalty Card

In this article, we will explain step by step how to send personalized push notifications to customers of your loyalty card. Follow the steps below for efficient sending of messages.

Step 1: Create a Landing Page


Log in to the platform.
Navigate to Distribution in the menu.
Select Landing Pages and create a landing page.





Step 2: Create a Loyalty Card


Go to Loyalty Cards in the platform.
Click on Create a Loyalty Card and set it up according to your needs.



Step 3: Connect Your Landing Page to the Loyalty Card


Open your Landing Page.
Click on the form or button where you see the option "Edit Form".
Open the Edit Form tab.



Under Input, specify which customer data you want to collect.
Once you've set up the input fields, go to the Action section.


Under Campaign Type, select "Loyalty".
Click the blue button under Target Loyalty Card to link your loyalty card.

Choose the correct loyalty card, and proceed– they are now connected!
Important: Don’t forget to click "Save" to ensure your changes are not lost.






Step 4: Send a Push Notification


Go to the Loyalty Card that you just linked to the landing page.
In the left menu, click on Push Notifications
Create your Push Notification by writing your message. You can personalize the notification by clicking the buttons above the text box.


Choose whether you want to send the push notification to specific loyalty cards or all customers.
You will see a list of people who signed up for your loyalty card via the landing page.
Select the recipients and click Send.
