Understanding the updated user data view in Coupontools Loyalty Card
With the latest update to the loyalty card, we have improved the user data view. The interface is now divided into three clear tabs: Data, Rewards and Activity. Below, we explain what you can find in each tab.
Data
The ‘Data’ tab provides an overview of key user information. Here, you can view and manage details such as:
Name and contact information.
User ID.
Creation date of the loyalty card.
Any additional profile information.

Rewards
The ‘Rewards’ tab offers a detailed overview of the rewards a user has earned or can still claim. In this tab, you can:
See which rewards a user has received.
View how many points or stamps the user has collected.
Find information about the conditions and expiration dates of rewards.

Activity
The ‘Activity’ tab displays user activity, including:
Transactions and interactions within the loyalty program.
Timestamps of rewards and point collections.
Insights into how active the user is within the program.
