What is a "user interaction"?
An interaction is a single session of engagement. Think of it as a Pay-per-Result model. Whether a customer opens your coupon, plays a spin-wheel game, and then saves it to their phone—that entire journey counts as only 1 interaction. We don't charge you for every click, just for the successful engagement.
A user interaction is defined when:
- A coupon is opened through web view or accessed via API call.
If a user opens, claims, saves or/and validates a coupon in web view this remaines 1 user interaction.
E.g.
A user opens, claims and/or validates the coupon = 1 interaction
An API call to create, update or validate the coupon = 1 interaction
- A loyalty card user has received points or stamps
We do not calculate a "user interaction" when a bot visits the coupon (eg Google crawler, Facebook crawler)
User interactions will not add up if someone tries to refresh the page of the coupon link multiple times
How are user interaction limits calculated for my account?
Our interaction limit is directly tied to the number of active campaigns in your package. We follow a simple 1:1000 ratio. For every 1 campaign included in your plan, you receive 1,000 user interactions per calendar month. Your total interaction limit scales automatically. When you add a campaign to your subscription, your monthly interaction quota increases by 1,000 immediately.
In case you have multiple campagins:
Interactions are pooled across your entire account. For example, if your Agency license includes 5 campaigns and a total of 5,000 interactions, we look at your total usage, not individual campaign performance. If one campaign uses 4,000 interactions and another uses 0, you are still within your limit and will not be overcharged. We give you the flexibility to use your interactions where they perform best.
What happens if I exceed my included monthly user interactions?
We never shut down your campaigns! To ensure your marketing remains active, we allow you to go over your limit. You will receive automated email warnings when you reach 80%, 90%, and 100% of your usage. If you exceed your limit, the over-usage will be billed at your plan's specific rate on your next invoice. You can always track your real-time usage in your dashboard to avoid surprises.
Do unused interactions roll over to the next month?
No. Interaction limits reset at the start of every calendar month. This ensures your campaigns have a fresh quota to engage with your audience effectively each month.
How can I track my current usage?
You can view your real-time interaction count and campaign usage directly within your Account Dashboard. We will also notify you if you are approaching your limit so you can upgrade your campaign count seamlessly.
