What is a "user interaction"?

"What is a user interaction?"

A user interaction is defined when:

A coupon is opened through web view or API call.
If a user opens, claims, saves or/and validates a coupon this only defines 1 user interaction.

E.g.
A user opens and claims the coupon = 1 interaction
A user opens, claims and validates the coupon = 1 interaction.

A loyalty card user has received points or stamps

We do not calculate a "user interaction" when a bot visits the coupon (eg Google crawler, Facebook crawler)

User interactions will not add up if someone tries to refresh the page of the coupon link multiple times

All user interactions will, by default, reset on the first day of every month.
