How does the validation process of the loyalty cards work?
In this article I will explain you how to add new stamps or points to a loyalty stamp card.
Add redeem location(s) to your loyalty card.
Make sure you have at least 1 redeem location for your loyalty card.
Each location has a unique email + password combination.
The merchant will use this password to identify himself and add points/stamps.
Merchants can use 3 different validation methods:
on mobile device: they can enter their password on the customers phone.
by scanning the QR code: they can scan the QR code and enter their password on their own device.
by using the validation app/widget. They can login once and scan the QR of enter a unique code from the consumer to add points.
The merchant will see the consumers profile and is able to select how many points or stamps he wants to give. You are able so setup a validation limit per day/per consumer in the advanced settings of the loyalty card. Each given points or stamps are tracked in the merchant logs and can be found in the loyalty card statistics.
