How to cancel my monthly payment subscription?

When you sign up for a Coupontools subscription, it is renewed automatically at the end of every period (monthly or yearly).

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

How?

1. Login to the controlpanel
2. Click on your account name in the right top corner
3. Click on 'Billing'
4. Click on 'Plans and prices'
5. Click on 'Cancel'
6. Confirm and follow the next steps by choosing the reason for your cancellation

We do not have refunds. You need to make sure you cancel your account before the new billing date.
