How to transfer user data when coupon has been validated to a spreadsheet
Using the automation tool, you can easily transfer customer date of validated coupons to a Google spreadsheet via Zapier. It's perfect to generate segmented contact list of people who interacted with a specific type of coupon of yours. For example. Set up unique automations for various coupons that promote the same product (Free drinks, free burgers). Let those unique automations end in the same spreadsheet. (If you have 5 free burger coupons, let the all end in the same 'burger' spreadsheet. This way you can send out burger coupons to people who actually love your burgers.
MAKE SURE THAT THE COUPON CONTAINS A DATA CAPTURE FORM IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER DATA TO A SPREADSHEET.

Let's run a test and check if the data appears in the spread sheet.
