Transfer loyalty card registrations to google spreadsheet via automation flow builder

Using the automation tool, you can easily pass on loyalty card registrations to a Google spreadsheet via Zapier. Follow my lead to set this up.

This feature is on request! Get in touch with the support team to have it enabled for your account!

Once you have access to the feature, you'll find it at integrations (1), flow automation (2). Hit proceed to open the creator.

Then press 'add automation'

Select loyalty card.

The campaign selector opens. Select the loyalty card you want to transfer data from. Hit proceed.

The flow automation creator opens. Click on 'customer action'.

Then select 'loyalty card registration'.

Now select 'webhook'.

Press on the red text 'webhook' to set one up.

Now let's first get a 'webhook by zapier' webhook. Go to this web page: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations . Then select the first option 'Google Sheets'.

Now select 'Add info to Google Sheet from a new webhook POST request'.

Copy the 'catch hook'.

Go back to your builder and paste the catch hook in the window.

Create a Google Spreadsheet and set up columns with field names. I'm using First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number.

Go back to the Zapier page and press on 'continue'.

Let's select the action event. 'Adding rows to a Google Spreadsheet.' Press on continue

Now select the Google account where the Spreadsheet is located.

Connect the right spreadsheet to the process.

Connect the right tab of the Spreadsheet to the process.

Now let's synch the values of the registrations of the loyalty cards to the spreadsheet. Press on 'First Name' and link it to the correct value. Repeat this gesture 3 times.

This is how it should look. Hit continue.

Let's run a test and check if the data appears in the spread sheet.

Now, register yourself on yourself as a user on your loyalty card and check if your data appears as well. Give it some time to appear. I experienced quite a delay, but it will appear if you followed the above-mentioned instructions. This is what my example looks like. The first one is the test, the second one is my registration.
