Features you can't adjust while your digital voucher is active
There are a few features in the voucher builder you can't adjust anymore when you switch your digital voucher's status from 'example' to 'active'.
That's because when you launch a campaign, all campaign data is stored in our databases. If you adjust these critical features while the campaign is active, it disorders and changes the current campaign flow. Those features will be locked as soon as you switch your campaign's status from 'example' to 'active'.

Remember that you can still enable or disable the feature without any issues, but you can't change date values. This may cause problems in our database.
