Can I resell SMS services to my subaccounts?

If you have a white label license (Silver or higher) you are able to create subaccounts.
In the subaccounts settings you are able to enable SMS marketing for a subaccount.

How to enable SMS for my subaccounts?

In the subaccount settings you are able to enable "Sms Marketing"


Note: in USA & Canada you'll need to setup a dedicated number for each client before the client is able to send messages with his account. So you'll have to register first a unique number and proceed with the brand & campaign verification with your provider of choice, and inform us to setup that with your subaccount. Read here more

How to assign SMS credits to my subaccounts?

Only if SMS marketing is enabled for that subaccount you can easily access the "Manage SMS credits" from the subaccount overview.



If the subaccount has SMS marketing enabled you'll be able to assign here a certain amount of sms credits for that subaccount

Will the subaccount see which SMS provider i'm using?

No, the SMS provider is integrated in the backend, the subaccount will NOT see your provider.
You can resell the SMS credits for your own rates.
The subaccount will only see their amount of available sms credits (1 sms = 1 credit) and their SMS number

How can the subaccounts buy credits?

They can contact you (the reseller) to purchase credits and you can add them via the subaccount manager
There is no online purchase platform inside Coupontools for subaccounts to purchase credits;
