I exported the stats to excel/csv but it's unreadable. How to fix it?
A CSV file can be Colon or semicolon
The colon and the semicolon are two types of punctation. They look very similar.
The colon is the one composed of two vertical dots ":".
Semicolon also knwon as a "semi", looks lika a comma with a dot on top, like this ";".
In USA semi colon is used mostly in Europe colon.
How to change your account settings from colon to semi colon and vise versa?
go in your control panel to "settings"
Select "Dashboard settings"
