What is a kiosk and how do I set one up?

A kiosk is a small, stand-alone booth typically placed in high-traffic areas for business or marketing purposes.
Easily integrate a coupon, voucher, coupon directory, or a loyalty card in your mobile marketing kiosk so customers can obtain them either by entering their email address or phone number. You can also use it as an opt-in to collect their email addresses and/or phone numbers.

To create a kiosk, go to Distribution on the left menu of your Coupontools dashboard and select Kiosk Solution

Here, you can add a new kiosk:

A pop up shows up to give your kiosk a name and to ask you what type of kiosk you would like to create (SMS, Email or Email + SMS) and press Proceed.

You will now be brought to the kiosk builder where you are able to set up a title, subtitle, sms sender (if you have chosen SMS or Email + SMS as kiosk type) and a pincode in the General tab.

In the Campaign tab, you will select which coupon or voucher you would like to send out to your customers after they have used your kiosk. You can also use it as an opt-in to collect email addresses and/or phone numbers of your customers.

In the Layout tab you can customize the design of your kiosk by changing the colors and by uploading your logo.

In the Publish tab you find the link of your kiosk together with a QR code which customers scan to use the kiosk on their mobile device.

In the Statistics tab you have an overview of the amount of optins, unique optins, successful optins and failed optins.

Modern customers demand more interactive features when making their purchase decisions. Use a kiosk if you want your company to grow in today’s ultra-competitive business environment to attract customers.
