Features you can't adjust while your digital coupon is active
There are a few features in the coupon builder you can't adjust anymore when you switch your digital coupon's status from 'example' to 'active'.
That's because when you launch a campaign, all campaign data is stored in our databases. If you adjust these critical features while the campaign is active, it disorders and changes the current campaign flow. Those features will be locked as soon as you switch your campaign's status from 'example' to 'active'.
* Flexible expiration date
Remember that you can still enable or disable the feature without any issues, but you can't change date values. This may cause problems in our database.
* Flexible start date
Remember that you can still enable or disable the feature without any issues, but you can't change values. Changing values may cause problems in our database.
* Adjust validity time after claim method completed
If your campaign is active, this feature will be locked.
* Time to reset coupon after validation
If your campaign is active, this feature will be locked.
* Time to reset coupon after expiration:
If your campaign is active, this feature will be locked.
