How do I use background patterns on my coupons?
We have several template patterns in our system that you can use as background for your coupon. You can also upload your own picture, pattern or GIF as a logo or coupon image Sizes: LOGO: 500 px x 100px COUPON IMAGE: maximum width/height 620px BACKGROUND: Any sizes are OK.** Keep in mind that you won't see much background because of the space that the coupon takes in on a smartphone. The coupon preview image is broken or incorrect. Can I update it?
Yes you can. Go to the coupon overview , edit the coupon. 1) Make a very small change to your coupon title or subtitle. Save it 2) Remove your last update and save it again. 3) If you now go back to your overview, you'll see a "preview image coming soon" screen for that specific coupon. After 5-10 minutes waiting you should see a new correct preview image.
