How do I send push notifications to my customers who saved their coupon/voucher in their mobile wallet?

To send a push notification to your customers who saved your coupon/voucher in their mobile wallet, do the following:


Coupon/Voucher


  1. Go to the Launch section in the coupon/voucher builder of the coupon/voucher you would like to send a push notification



  1. Under distribution methods you will see Push notifications




  1. After clicking on 'Wallet push notifications' you will see a green button that says + New Push Notification



  1. A pop-up modal will show up where you will be able to set up your push notification text. After writing your text, press send
Make sure you don't write down any special characters on your text such as: # % & () {} * + - etc.
