How to set up a (flexible) start date for your coupon
It is possible to set up a fixed start date or flexible start date for your coupon. The start date is the date your coupon will become available. Before the start date, users who stumble on your coupon get the modal below and the opportunity to receive an email notification when the coupon becomes available. This is what the modal looks like:
It's a fixed date in the future when the coupon becomes available.
Open your coupon in the coupon builder. Click on general settings (1) and scroll down. Enable the start date and set one up (2). You can customize the message (3) people see when they stumble on your coupon before the start date.
The flexible start date is determined upon the user's first interaction. E.g., if you set up a flexible start date of 4 hours, your coupon becomes available for the user 4 hours after they first interacted with your coupon.
