What's the lookup tool and how does it work?

The lookup tool allows you to void specific coupons. If you accidentally sent out a coupon to a wrong recipient, it's possible to void that specific coupon for that customer. This means the coupon will can't be validated by the recipient. Keep in mind, this feature is on request! Reach out to our support team by chat or mail (success@coupontools.com) to have it activated in your account. Here's how to use the feature properly!
(1) If you requested the feature, it will pop-up at the left-side menu of your dashboard. (2) To look up the right coupon, you'll have to copy/paste the statscode into the window.
(3) Where do I find the stats code? It's the last part of the coupon URL of a unique user. Check the screenshot for a better understanding.
