Yes, that's possible!
We have an option in the advanced coupon builder (White Label / Enterprise Label) where you can turn on 'Ask customer GPS location'. If customers allow their GPS to be turned on then you will be able to see on your statistics CSV file where they have opened and claimed your coupon.
