Please note: you can only receive replies if you have setup a dedicated virtual SMS number.

Go to "integrations" and select "Sms marketing"
Select "inbox" and "Your numbers" and "View inbox"
Here you can find all replies on sent messages.

Want to receive an email notification each time someone responded to your sent messages?
Select "settings" and select "add auto-responder rule"
You can setup here a rule that auto-forwards all incoming messages to an email address.
